Main Performance
1. The robot body adopts a 4-wheel mobile robot platform to realize forward, backward, turning and other movements in the pipeline. The configured pipe wall pressing mechanism ensures the reliable operation and effective operation of the robot in special operating environments;
2. In the operation part, a 3-degree-of-freedom robotic arm is used for precise planning and control to achieve full coverage of 360° cutting operations in the pipeline and protect the pipe wall;
3. The front end of the robot is equipped with a 3kw high-power IP68 waterproof motor with replaceable tools to achieve high-speed cutting, grinding and other operations of different types of hard obstacles.
4. The robot has dual camera pan/tilts at the front and rear to realize real-time high-definition image return in the pipeline.
5. The Inoue operation controller has a human-computer interaction interface and can be connected to a variety of operating modes such as a computer screen, keyboard, joystick, and mobile phone. Easy to operate and easy to use.
6. The well controller integrates the robot's synchronous positioning and navigation SLAM algorithm, as well as the artificial intelligence-based obstacle automatic detection and positioning algorithm. This algorithm realizes automatic fault detection and location, and drives the robot body to complete automatic troubleshooting operations under the operator's command and decision-making.
 7. At the job site, workers can use a small hanger to lower the robot from the wellhead of the drainage pipe network inspection well to the pipe mouth at the bottom of the well. Then, commands such as forward, backward, and cutting are issued to the robot through the uphole manipulator. The robot arrives at the working location according to the instructions, completes the obstacle clearance operation, and returns. The entire robot weighs approximately 42kg, has a body length of 1200mm in the extended state, and has an operating range of up to 200 meters. All system components are made in China.
