The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation focused on high-precision inertial perception, multi-sensor fusion algorithms and scenario-based solutions for embodied intelligent robots. Together, they will advance the perception, control and real-world deployment of humanoid robots, quadruped robots and embodied composite robots operating in complex dynamic environments.

As excitement builds for this year’s World Robot Conference, embodied intelligence, a key growth vector for the robotics industry, is rapidly moving from technical validation toward large-scale commercial adoption. The two firms solidified their cooperation consensus ahead of the conference and seized this opportunity to sign the strategic agreement, jointly exploring innovative pathways for integrating core robotic perception and motion control.
BWSENSING is a leading domestic enterprise in inertial attitude sensors and a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in sophisticated and innovative technologies. We have long focused on the R&D of MEMS / fiber-optic IMUs, attitude heading reference systems, tilt sensors, Beidou integrated navigation products and multi-sensor fusion algorithms. Our products and solutions serve customers across intelligent equipment, autonomous driving, IoT and other sectors. Leveraging deep expertise in high-precision inertial perception, attitude measurement, navigation positioning and system fusion algorithms, BWSENSING continuously delivers stable, reliable core perception capabilities for intelligent devices.
HARIBIT is an intelligent robotics company serving diverse industrial applications. Drawing on long-term robotics research and technical heritage from Beijing Institute of Technology, it is a national high-tech enterprise and BIT’s authorized humanoid robot test and incubation platform. Its product portfolio covers humanoid robots, quadruped robots, composite robots and core components such as integrated joints. The company boasts decades of technical accumulation in motion control, bionic control and system integration.

Under the agreement, both parties will target application scenarios including humanoid robots, quadruped robots and embodied composite robots. They will jointly develop inertial perception and multi-sensor fusion solutions characterized by high dynamics, compact form factor and high reliability. The collaboration will drive robot-specific IMU/AHRS product definition, algorithm integration verification, complete machine adaptation and the release of industry solutions. Over the next three years, the two sides plan to jointly develop and validate multiple robot-specific inertial sensing products and fusion algorithm solutions tailored to different robot mounting positions and application requirements, forming a mass-producible, replicable and scalable product portfolio.
Moving forward, the two parties will establish a joint special working group to conduct collaborative R&D covering customized robot-specific IMU/AHRS hardware, multi-sensor fusion algorithms, fall prevention & balance control, slip compensation, end-effector force-position hybrid perception, positioning and navigation. BWSENSING will provide high-reliability inertial measurement, attitude calculation and fusion perception capabilities, while HARIBIT will open its robot complete machine and teleoperation platform for integration adaptation and scenario validation. Together, they will enhance robots’ attitude stability, motion reliability and autonomous operation capabilities in complex environments.
