On May 13th, BWSENSING held a team-building activity in Long Feng Valley of Changzhou，which is a beautiful scenic spot, with the aim of strengthening team cohesiveness, improving group collaboration and creativity. This activity not only helped us to relax in a playful and enjoyable place, but also improved team cohesiveness and execution ability, while also thanking everyone for their efforts and contributions over the past few years.

It is reported that this team-building activity was organized in the Long Feng Valley, with a series of colorful activities such as outdoor trainning, team-versus-team, employees' birthday parties, and so forth. BWSENSING showed great enthusiasm and participation in this activity, especially in the team-versus-team and grass skiing activities, employees overcame their fear and difficulties, demonstrating tenacity and spirit of perseverance.

At noon, BWSENSING held a simple employee birthday party in the Long Feng Valley，where they send exquisite birthday cakes to birthday employees, and celebrated with all of their onsite colleagues. This was not only a recognition and encouragement for the employees, but also an inspiration and encouragement for BWSENSING.

The team-building activity received extensive participation and widespread praise from the employees, with most of them  realized that through this activity, they had a deeper understanding of the company culture and felt more deeply about the power of teamwork and friendship.

Through this activity, we believed that BWSENSING will work tirelessly to achieve common goals in the future.
